Soha is from Shelbyville and is an attorney with Reece Saiyed Parry-Johnson, where she represents people who have experienced discrimination, harassment, or retaliation by their employers, schools, or the government.

Soha is engaged with the ACLU of Kentucky because she has represented vulnerable people for most of her career and sees firsthand how systemic injustice affects people's day-to-day lives. She is also a Muslim woman of color and knows the ACLU-KY's advocacy is important for her ability to live freely and that of other religious minorities and Kentuckians of color. Soha is a member of several other community organizations and serves as co-chair of the Nelson and Shelby County Human Trafficking Task Forces.

Formerly, Soha was a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society. She served rural, low-income Kentuckians in areas such as landlord-tenant, foreclosure, consumer, and family law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Bellarmine University. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville's Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville College of Business.
