Kentucky received millions in the national opioid settlement. Join the ACLU of Kentucky and other advocates to share how these funds can support your community.
Kentucky continues to face a deadly overdose crisis, especially among Black Kentuckians. The rate of deadly drug overdoses among Black Kentuckians has more than doubled from 2016 to 2020, surpassing the deadly overdose rate of white Kentuckians for the first time in 2019.
