Meet the people and organizations working to reduce racial disparities in maternal health to build power, share resources, and move Kentucky forward.
Join us for a late brunch to gather with the advocates, activists, and organizations to maximize our collective power and move Kentucky forward. Several organizations are working to reduce racial disparities in maternal health and improve outcomes for all Kentucky families. We can maximize our goals by learning from each other and working together. Several groups will table and present to share more about their work, answer questions, network, and find new ways to coordinate efforts as a united coalition.
This event is free and open to all. Hosted by the ACLU of Kentucky, SisterSong, and Louisville Coalition for Black Maternal Health. Lunch provided by Garden Girl Foods. Childcare provided by Pay Cousins Collective.
State Representative Attica Scott will moderate a panel about legislative efforts to address Kentucky's maternal mortality crisis.
