SUPPORT THESE BILLS:

  • House Bill 19 and Senate Bill 30 to protect LGBTQ children from conversion "therapy"
  • House Bill 21 and Senate Bill 4 to ban no-knock warrants except in extreme circumstances
  • House Bill 50 to reduce barriers to mental health treatment
  • House Bill 148 to abolish the use of the death penalty against people with severe mental illness
  • House Bill 232 to restore voting rights to Kentuckians with past felony convictions who have completed their entire sentence, probation, and parole
  • Senate Bill 36 to end mandatory transfer of children to adult court for some charges
  • Senate Bill 84 to provide pregnant incarcerated people with the necessary resources for safe, healthy pregnancies
  • Senate Bill 247 to allow cities to establish civilian review boards with subpoena power to hold law enforcement accountable

  • House Bill 524 to prevent LGBTQ parents from adopting
  • Senate Bill 11 to enhance criminal penalties for damage to rental properties
  • Senate Bill 83 to allow any healthcare employee – from receptionists to physicians – to deny service to someone if it violates their personal beliefs
  • Senate Bill 211 to enhance penalties for protest-related crimes, chilling free speech
