Frank graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Anthropology. Frank attended UL as a Trustee, McConnell, and Harlan Scholar and also attended the Kentucky Governor’s Scholars Program.
He is a Louisville native who is the son of two Cuban refugees who fled oppression and a total lack of civil liberties in their home country so that their children would have a better life. Frank was born into this country a few months after their arrival. Here, they made a home. He found friends he considers family and made a life for himself on the hyphen between Cuban-American.
