This bill would allow parents to challenge any curriculum, putting the onus on schools to police any materials their students have access to. The bill purports to put a process in place for lodging complaints about materials that are not even being taught in schools, but simply exist in the school library. The government should not have the power to decide what ideas our children have access to.
