House Bill 346 requires school districts to show a video produced by an anti-abortion group about fetal development called "Meet Baby Olivia."
The bill also:
- grants parents an opportunity to review materials and opt their child out of instruction;
- authorizes the Attorney General to bring an action against a school district to compel them to comply with this act;
- and allows parents and students over the age of 18 to file a civil action against school district.
