Representative David Floyd and Senator Gerald Neal who have introduced bills to end the use of the death penalty in Kentucky, in favor of a common sense, less costly, alternative: life in prison without possibility of parole.
Our two repeal champions will also host a press conference in room 346 in the Annex at 10 am on Wednesday, February 4.
