Kenneth R. Miller, Jr. (Dr. Ken) is currently a management professor and former provost at Sullivan University. Prior, he served as a regional manager at a leading Chicago-based consulting firm and owned a number of businesses including several Coffee News © franchises. Dr. Miller also held positions in Kentucky's government, and Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky as adjunct faculty. An alumnus of Westminster College and the University of Kentucky (Ph.D., 1995), Dr. Miller also earned several professional designations including Chartered Financial Consultant, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Management Professional.
Dr. Miller believes that keeping free speech, equal protection, and due process continually in our sights is fundamental to keeping our democratic society thriving.
In moments of leisure, Dr. Miller enjoys reading, walking, and playing the mountain dulcimer. He and his wife, Jill, call Lexington, Kentucky home, sharing it with their four cats, a dog and a turtle.
