The ACLU of Kentucky is a member of the statewide Fairness Coalition – an alliance of the various organizations working for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender rights in Kentucky. Our primary goal is comprehensive civil rights protections prohibiting discrimination in the Commonwealth on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. Below you will find downloadable educational and advocacy materials that will allow you to make the case for Fairness in your daily life as well as links to our ally organizations and other important resources. IMMEDIATE ACTION: Join the Bereans for Fairness Facebook group to stay abreast of current efforts to pass a local Fairness ordinance in Berea.
