AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 509 to define the crime of human trafficking and punish it as a Class D felony; provide that offense occurs only when two or more persons are trafficked; create a new section of KRS Chapter 411 to allow a victim of identity theft to obtain a court judgment authenticating that status.
