LOUISVILLE – The American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky will participate in an Election Protection Project on Tuesday in several Jefferson County precincts to try to ensure that no one is deterred from voting or is otherwise intimidated.

ACLU Confident Justices Will Maintain Long-Held Religious Liberty Principles

WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court of the United States announced today that it will take up the constitutionality of Ten Commandments displays on government land and buildings in two separate cases, including a successful challenge by the American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky to a courthouse display.
